Pérez Art Museum Miami, formerly Miami Art Museum, opened to the public in December 2013 and is focused on collecting and exhibiting modern and contemporary art that represents Miami’s cultural diversity.

Highlighting PAMM focuses on AMERICANA, PAMM’S inaugural collection survey encompassing six galleries displaying major works from PAMM's collection. AMERICANA includes art produced in South America, North America, and the Caribbean and offers a critical perspective of modern and contemporary art.

Caribbean and African American Art at PAMM is a special tour that highlights artists and themes reflecting art of Caribbean and African American artists. This tour includes AMERICANA, PAMM’S inaugural collection survey, and Imagined Landscapes, an exhibit that focuses on recent works created by Miami-based Haitian artist Edouard Duval-Carrié.

A New Vernacular Architecture offers a unique opportunity to appreciate the state-of-the-art architecture of the Pérez Art Museum Miami designed by the Swiss firm Herzog & de Meuron. This tour emphasizes the museum’s innovative architecture and materials, highlighting how the unique spaces of the museum influence the exhibition programming for PAMM.

Parking

Self-parking: PAMM's garage is $2 per hour during regular museum hours (space limited). There are also more than a dozen public parking lots surrounding the museum.

American Airline Arena: The home of the Miami Heat, American Airline Arena, is only half mile away, parking is ample. Click here for directions.

Metromover       

PAMM is adjacent to the Miami-Dade Metromover, Museum Park station. Take the Omni Loop train to Museum Park station, and arrive steps from the museum entrance.
